We ship orders out twice a month, aligning with the first and third Monday of each month. This approach allows us to consolidate orders, ensuring our products are handled with care and precision during transit.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive this email.
To make your ordering process even more convenient, and to ensure you never run out of your favorite cigars, we encourage you to sign up for our subscription service. Not only will this provide you with predictable shipping without having to place an order each time, but as a subscriber, you will also enjoy discounted prices on our products and exclusive gifts. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order.
