At Black Label Cigars, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and the best possible service. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cigars and other tobacco products. This is to ensure the quality and integrity of our products for all customers.
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email at blacklabel@blacklabelcigars.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include offering a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for minor variances in color, size, or flavor, as these can naturally occur in handmade products like cigars.
We also cannot offer refunds or replacements for cigars that have been improperly stored or handled once they have been delivered. We recommend that all customers properly humidify their cigars to maintain quality and flavor.
These measures are taken to protect the integrity of our products and to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy.
